Welp! This is Roman.

Roman is fascinated by Rome and Greece, thus his name. He loves Roman gods/goddesses especially, studying them day and night. His black markings are symbols of some of the Roman god(desses). They are tattoos and were not there by birth.

I still have to add some small details but otherwise, he's finished!

I'd say this one looks like a he, but it's up to you of course. Perhaps a few white markings on the mane or gradient?
As for names, maybe a Roman name? Nameberry generally has some good options. ^^
