The Bloody Painter


Above is a wanted serial killer in the area. Not much is known about them. Gender is unknown, but seemly female. Jet black hair falls over left eye, covered in gauze. Rest is tied up into a thin ponytail. Wears a dark coat with mustard-colored accents. White washed jeans are covered in bloodstains, are well as the cuffs of the jacket. A red and blue tie is always seen with them.

Kills by chocking and strangling, but has been known to torture few victims. After death, they open up the body and take out organs. Mostly the heart. Sometimes cakes made of organs are left at the seen. Organs are from victims. A painting is seen on the scene, made of dried and fresh blood. Calls themselves the 'Bloody Painter'.
