Cape Tailed Dragons are a peaceful mountain-dwelling breed of fur-covered dragon, symbolized by their long flat tails which resemble capes.
Depending on where they live, they can come with a variety of colors and characteristics.

I see you have stumbled upon my CTD, Cordelia (Daughter of the sea)

Reference or detailed description: I'm not too picky, but there are a few important things I would like to him. The color pallet isn't fancy, I just want him black, white and grey. Or something along the lines of that pallet. I would either like him to have one dark grey and one red eye, or just both eyes red. If you could give him a creepy toothy smile, that'd be great. I just want him to look creepy overall, with like dark brimmed eyes, black and white stripes, etc. I'd also maybe like to see some extra fluff on him, either curled ram horns or some other big type of horns, and possibly webbed dragon wings. His base color should be either light grey or preferably dark grey.

I would like a Snow leopard print girl but the spots rainbow and her base white. Long mohawk mane that ends at the base of the eye. Big ram horns. Tufts of fur on legs. Added fluff to neck mane. As for items, if you can get it to look right, a beanie (type of hat) that is all black :3.
