Story time 8D
So, my mom and I were playing with two of my gerbils, Waffle and Sunny (they're brothers). Sunny's a little more skittery so I was teasing him by picking him up. After about the third time, he heard a noise and freaked out completely. He jumped out of my hands, but not in the normal way, with limbs flailing everywere, no. This jump...was the most majestic jump I have ever seen a gerbil preform in my years as a breeder. He has all his legs tucked in like he was a show horse or something, jumping over a rainbow and his tail was curled up in a spiral, like, 'Oh, look at me and my fabulous fear'. He proceded to float down to the floor like a flipping fairy and sadly, Mom missed it because Waffle had also jumped from her hands, much less majesticly, might I add. Sooooo, I have re-created the scene so that she might hope to view some of that fabulous. Sunny is now recodnized as the most majestic gerbil I own.
THE END ^w^
Sadly, I have not been able to capture all of the true beauty of the moment. But, how often do you see a gerbil with rainbow shading, huh? Close enough, right?
