Character/Species Concept

Still thinking of a name...

Would anyone be interested in one? I could design some/add you for a few wishlist pets.

Includes-
    -Hair (usually a neon color)
    -Tear design down cheek (always there)
    -Broken heart on chest (always there)
    -Fire like substance on paws (always there)
    -Blank eyes
