One of my dogs just caught this mouse and held it in her mouth and the tail was sticking out. It was both funny and terrible at the same time. She was just so proud of it.
For those of you worried about the condition of the mouse, he's fine <3. we got him out and released him. He wasn't injured by the dog at all, though he was probably terrified XD. We named him Percy.

(Oh and please don't lecture me on human animal treatment or whatever. It was my dog doing what dogs do. Hunt stuff.)

My dog (who sadly passed away in '10) did that once too, only it was a vole and it happened while we were on a walk on a trail near a wooded area.
Sadly though the vole did get injured... I felt really bad about it, but it couldn't really be helped. :c

My cat would do that, but she would just leave them on the porch and when I went out to feed the chickens it would be sitting on the door mat. We called them "Presents from Tripod"

A while a go, my dog got a rat (it died xc) and brought it in the house for my mom.
It was cute that my dog did that but really gross cause she killed it lol

My dog caught a mole, and we were outback on the porch and we hear *squeeelll!* and the mole
is like swung arcross the yard, then my dog Dixie ran over, picked it up and terribly you could hear
her chewing the mole, and ugggh. She was so proud, she brought it everywhere for the day, and we
wouldn't let her in until she dropped it. :3
