They are stegosaurus-dog mixes.
As adults they range from the size of a cow to the size of a rhinoceros. At birth, they are about the size of an adult English bulldog. They hatch from eggs, and the eggs have patterns and colors indicative of the young inside (there will be eggs up for adoption too)
The basic ones have 9 scales down their spine. More "rare" ones will have line edits such as more or less spines, horns from the head, different ear styles, and possibly a different tail.
So I guess let me know if you think this is a good species idea, if you think there should be any changes to the lineart, etc. If there's enough interest I may start putting some up for adoption.
The species will be free, with customs potentially available, I haven't determined this yet. However, because I love my Zeke so much I won't be doing any short contests until the species gets some active fans. At first all of the adopts will have extensive forms to fill out, and will likely require art or stories.
