The chibi kitty is feeling empty, because it has no color!

Rules:
1- No erasing siggie
2- No using off CS
3- No major editing! You can add minor things like items and horns and such...
4- Don ot use for adoptables or sell for pets on CS$
5- Enjoy!

How it works:
Go to the cat coloring layer and click lock alpha. Color.
You can choose different backgrounds by clicking the circle in the layers box to make it appear or disappear.
Taco is optional.
