I can honestly say that this was probably the most seemingly confident person I've met in my life...
It was probably someone and their friends pulling a prank to see how I'd react, but seriously that person had some kind of guts at least! Was looking around but I didn't catch anyone with them... was a pretty shocking moment. And Yes they did talk weird like that... >.>
(They didn't even use the quarters in a vending machine or anything. Probably was just an excuse...)

Still don't write on money it just looks bad...
it also might be illegal... so just don't do it.

Yeah, there has been some more strange things too.
I feel like lately I've been having a lot of those "did that really just happen?" moments...
and I've really wanted to make some scribble comics out of them.

This person though, I was really at first like Is this a prank?
They really had some major guts! There is no way I'd be able to do something like that so confidently.
