His mom, being a Mercat that knew many human words and ideas, took to this. She named him 'Blood Red' Safari because of when he was born. At that time, she really didn't want another Merkitten, and she was old, it took a lot of the blood and strength out of her to give birth to him, and she disliked him for it.
