Unfortunately, however, this harmony did not last forever. For the children of Celestia and Luna, Hourglass and Duskbringer, grew up bitter rivals, arguing and fighting over every last detail.

Panel 2

One day, the princesses, Celestia and Luna were assassinated, and the peace was shattered eternally.

Panel 3

Nopony knew who was the culprit, but the children each believed the other was responsible. Now the throne was left empty, and both Hourglass and Duskbringer wanted to be the pony to fill it.

Panel 4

So, Hourglass came up with a plan. Using her talent, she visited the children of the Spirits of Harmony. She beckoned them to meet her, join her in the defeat of her cousin, for she believed that these children were to become the new Spirits of Harmony, like their mothers. And so, the journey began, a journey that would change all of Equestria, and the hearts of these six ponies, forever.
