I was thinking about making my own species, but I don't know if these are good. I would appreciate suggestions and critique for them.

I feel I've seen very similar designs before...and they just seem a little plain and unoriginal in general.
I would recommend adding something to make them stand out.

I would try to make them less canine/wolf-like. it's a somewhat overused and unattractive route.
