Crafting snowflakes all year long until winter when they get ready to be sent down from Cloudsdale.
During winter he is on break and his break-time hobby is taking care of the birds that don't fly south.
Sometimes his favorite birds donate their feathers to him. He can collect the feathers and use them to carve snowflakes during the rest of the year.
On Winter Wrap Up days he often flies down to Ponyville and offers to go fetch the birds who did migrate.
