Sounds like you should have done a little research before you went applying to adopt. c; But I'll feed you a bit of info because I have the spare time tonight:
Adopting animals from the Adoptable Oekaki is a bit like buying a character design. Most adoptions, like this one, are like a contest and don't require a payment of any kind though.
You should always read the rules, regulations, and species specifics before adopting a creature. Some artists are very particular about this, like myself. c:
When the ending date comes, the artist picks the form that catches their fancy the most; and that person wins the design/character. You then posses ownership of the said character, can draw and write about it to your heart's desire, and you can use that character all you want as long as you follow the adopter's rules and regulations. (Some folk have rules about taking them off-site, and you must keep in mind the species' rules, etc.)
You did fine in filling out your application form, but your responses to the categories should not be in bold. Like so:

Example of the WRONG WAY to bold:
Name: Joe
Name: Joe

Example of the RIGHT WAY to bold:
Name: Joe

The reason why she love to steal car keys is because when she was a pup her mother had found some old ones by the side of the road and that was what Ruby played with. She loved them keys so much she took them every where till one night a crow took them from her when she was asleep. Since then she steals car keys looking for the keys she has lost when she was a pup.

Although her tricks can be quite insulting, she never intentionally means to hurt anyone. Her only goal is to make others smile and laugh.

Tell me a bit about her: Ankh is a mystery. No one really knows where she came from. She is sarcastic, and sometimes a little rude, but she does not mean to hurt anyone. Growing up alone can damage your 'people skills.' So, Ankh can't really take a hint, and does not understand those puns that everyone uses. But she is sarcastic, as I said before, so she will back-sass anyone she thinks deserves it.
