If you are make sure you fill out this form correctly then turn it in :3 However these kittens aren't up for adoption to just anyone...so we do have some rules.

Rules
1) You MUST actually use the design; Don't adopt a cat just to adopt it.
2) You have to give a small portion of the credit for the design to me.
3) Please fill out the form, don't make your own.
4) Don’t steal these designs or cats.
5) Only post the Adoption form on the post that has the cat your want in it.

'm sorry but I don't do customs and your forms are in the wrong place. Also considering that I have only just put up cats for adoption your forms are irrelevant and are not valid. Please, if you'd like to adopt post it where it should go. Thank you and I'd appreciate it if you deleted your posts so we don't spam the thread now. C;
