This is Synni, but 'Synni' is not her actual name--its Jacinda (Juh-sin-dah). While she may be rough, tough, and evil-kanevil on the outside--she's not TOO bad on the inside. realistically, she's just putting on this act to keep her job, of which this job supplies her money and a way to live. though she doesn't support it, she goes with it because she knows she has to, and has adapted to the conditions.
When it comes to Jacinda and adapting, it's always been fairly easy. as a young child, she was passed about between un-wanting members of her family, and this turned her quite bitter. At the age of five, she stole away with a group of sinister rogue vampires (where she felt she fit in) and quickly picked up on the games they played to get the things they wanted. soon enough, the things Jacinda were receiving weren't good enough for her, and the power of the group was dwindling in the Ranks of The Rogues. At sixteen, Jacinda overpowered the rogue who just came to claim the position as a leader, took him in as a follower, and abandoned the rest of the group.
Looking back on her decision, Jacinda is still weighed down by guilt of her actions--but the way she hides the guilt isn't too well. Taking on a evil and dark personality cover-up, and also the name Synni, Jacinda scrambled to leave her life behind her and continue working as the so-called "Sin Leader" with Daou (Day-ow)--the ex-leader she recruited.
As I wrote this, I really came to love the dear <3 Her story isn't meant to be a sob story, and there isn't too much to make it one. A lot of my characters all have this little scrap of me in them, and for once, this character is different. Sure, everyone had some qualities that pour into their characters, but those characteristics don't typically define that character (Unless they're personality was built around this particular trait, then that is different). So Jacinda is truly a different character of mine, and I love her to bits <3 I guess when you give a character a story, they really make they're way into your heart ^^
