- inklies are cat-like creatures small enough to fit in your hand. they tend to have an affinity for art and use the three colors of ink on their necklaces to paint both themselves and their surroundings, using the long hair on the tips of their tails as a paintbrush. they like to hide in people's homes and make tiny paintings in old books and scraps of paper. though usually wary of humans, if raised from a young age they can be very friendly and happy to hang around on a shoulder and purr loudly.
RULES
1. inklies belong to me, doctor catpaws. do not duplicate them or claim as your own.
2. dont be rude to others, whether staff, applicant or whoever
3. you can own a maximum of 5 inklies, unless a member of the staff
4. you can only win one inkly per week! if youre entered for multiple inklies, if you win one you must drop out of the rest.
4. do not trade away inklies for pets etc. if you no longer want your inkly, let the artist know and they'll put it back up
5. customs are not something thats going to happen, so please dont ask for them
6. do not ask to join staff unless applications are open
7. dont mini-mod, if there's an issue pm me about it and i will do what i can
8. dont buy art/write stories for inklies that havent been adopted yet
