{ It was a cold winter's night, near The Winter Festival, and Steel was walking home alone. He'd been visiting with friends, and was happier than he'd been in a long time. Despite the cold he was feeling warm inside, like a fire had been lit in his heart and could not be extinguished. He trotted along the silent, snow-covered streets of Canterlot, and thinking something over and over in his head. The next time he saw Solar Eclipse, he'd tell her how he felt. He'd been speaking his friends and family about that, and realized that if he didn't make a move, someone else would, and he'd loose her forever. And then he saw her. Coming home through the blizzard, she shone with her own special light. Steel smiled and called out to her. They met under a streetlamp, and bathed in light and snow, Steel knew she was the most beautiful pony to have ever been born. Knowing if he hesitated, he'd loose his nerve, Steel pressed his lips against hers, giving her a soft kiss. After a moment of breathless elation, he pulled away. "Have a good winter, Solar." he grinned, finding it hard to breath. "Maybe we can hang out." And with that, he trotted away, leaving Solar standing, bathed in the soft yellow of the streetlight. }
So, Steel finally took my {and some others} advice! He worked up the courage to kiss the girl he likes. So yay for that! I didn't write anything about Solar because she's not my character, and I don't know how she will react to this revelation. But yeah, the the timer is all-knowing a little, but not much. This was my first time drawing anything kissing, so yeah. If it looks a bit funny that's why. Anyways, good for you Steel, you were very brave.
