But, it's a sandstormy bombed place, yeah
Sudden sandstroms too, hence all the straps on her stuff.
She was exposed to radiation during the bombing, nearly destroying her brain and she can't breathe oxygen anymore
Teccnicaly, she died, but a few nearby animals were fused with her because of the radiation, and their lives were enough to spark hers
Now she's going low profile, traviling with Radon, a 'Beforelander' as she calls humans that existed before the Flash
