History: jessamine was brought up not really knowing who she was, she was kept in a lab until she was 2. she has no clue who her parents are only that they are of the sea and are powerful. she travelled the world once she was released trying to find out about herself but is still unsure about all of her past. her purple back and tail let off little shimmers and sparks due to her time in the labs
