I'm not too appy with this, my lines look so childish. Anyone have any tips on how to make lines better looking?

It's cute!
I always go over the lines twice, and I make them fuller in some places and thinner when the lines curve to make them more... defined, I guess... if that makes any sense. But that can be really tedious with this drawing program especially.
Also, the wheels look a little lopsided. I just wanted to point that out because I always make the same mistake when I try to draw disk shapes. It can certainly be tricky.

Oh brother those are tricky, what I did was kind of smudge the carriage, so it focuses on the horse.
