looking at this, I guess I could have posted it in intermediate... but it looked really bad when I was working on it this morning XD anyway, I''ll post my ref soon, its saved on another computer.
Anyway, I made my art have more fluff and a smaller head than my referance image, and the bubble is more rainbow-y
