how to color:
this icon is in an edittable forum. This means that I do not need to add you to allow you to edit. You simply click the 'Color Me In' button.

layers explanation:
linework - where the lines are. minor line edits (tail, ears, etc.) are allowed, major linearts (complete erasing/cover up of original lines, etc.) are not. edit to fix your character as needed.
shading - where the shading is. if you prefer a flatcolor icon, remove this layer. if not, do not modify it as how I shade is very incompatible with modifications usually.
dog color - color your character here. nose/tongue also on this layer
present/heart color - the color of your present and the little heart (ex: red)
ribbon color - the color of the ribbon on the present (ex: silver)
outline - the outline and stripes (ex: purple)
circle - the background on the stripes (ex: light blue)
