What is a Kallos?

A Kallos is a canine animal that is very noble and sleek. The average adult stands at about 4.5 feet tall at the tip of the head. They're main diet is meat, but some prefer to eat fruits and berries as well. Kallos can be any color, but no eye blistering colors, so no sparkle Kallos'. Some have powers, the ones who do usually have glowing effects, but not always. Out of the two, short tails are slightly more uncommon. You just see less of them. There are countless powers, and most haven't been discovered yet! They almost never use the powers spitefully, unless they are corrupt. Corrupt Kallos' are feared and should be treated with caution and respect. A Kallos becomes corrupt if it has had a bad past and is scarred. Kallos' live in small packs of usually four or less. They are very loyal to one another. In Latin, Kallos translates into beautiful, or beauty. They live up to 30 human years

How do you adopt a Kallos?

You can find Kallos's up for adoption by seeing a adopt me on them. There will be a form for you to fill out and the best form that the artist choses will be the owner of that particular Kallos. You can also order a kallos with a reference picture, just remember to make sure that customs are open. If you owned a former Kallos and want it revamped and re-registered into the community, simply pm a artist about it.

Breedings

A kallos is able to breed with another only twice for now. If you want to breed your kallos with another they must be of a different gender and you must have permission if you do not own that particular kallos. Make sure a artist is available before you post a form for a breeding.

Form

For every kallos there is a form to fill out. Artists, you are to use this basic form and add on what you want for it to be judged with. You are not allowed to pretty up the form unless the artist tells you that you can.

Customs

Make sure an artist is open before you fill this form out. Customs cost one wishlist pet, artists are not allowed to accept your trade until the order is completed and posted. Fill this form out when you check the artist pages to see what they are open for.

Rules

1. No clothes add ons, they are wild creatures, not pets. They can have jewelry and that stuff though
2. Don't get rid of shading. It's there for a reason. If you want a unshaded version, the artist can do this without making a new canvas.
3. You may not have add ons, as no wings, extra tails, horns or anything that the species currently doesn't have. They are made that way for a reason.
4. When ordering a custom, you MUST say what artist, no "whatever" posts. It's a bit confusing.
5. To the artists - The signature must be very visible at all times!!
6. Respect everyone! If someone is being rude or mean, just report them.
7. If you are adopting one, you must do what the contest holder requested. Be it fill a form or do some art
8. You my own up to 5 Kallos
9. Don't make more the four Kallos up for adoption at once
10. You are fully aloud to make them your fursona or whatever
11. Don't steal the species and respect the staff, do not rush them or anything, they have lives.
12. Do not ask to be a artist, the answer is NO.
13. Don't complain.
14. Don't spam.
15. Your custom will not even be started until you have sent a trade.
16. There will be opportunities for guest artist etc. Just be patient.
17. Artists-Keep up with the numbers, aka. Kallos # 1 etc. That way its easier to see how many are owned and such

Like any other adoptables, we of course have staff. These people are the ones who help make this place fun and great! Without staffing, this adoption center would be absolutely nothing. The people who help out can help is so many ways, such as making Kallos to adopt, organizing events, keeping spam to a limit and so much more. If we need any staff, There will be forms for you to fill out.
