This is the Uchchi Symbol of the Uchiha Clan.
Its a fan,and it prepresents their power to spread flames.
The Uchiha Clan is no more,Uchiha Itahci killed the whole clan,his own clan,just to see how strong he was.He killed eveyone,but not his little brother,Uchiha Sasuke.Sasuke hates Itachi,he wants to get revenge.Sasuke was about 8 years old maybe,when he saw Itahci kill his parents right infront of him.
