oops sorry forgot about the origin and its a cat like creature, like a cat :3

what is a foggie? a foggie is a catlike creature who apears every 3 years. they apeared misteriously out of thin air on a foggy night. they have necks and tails made of fog. a common form would have only a tail of fog. and uncommen has a neck fog thing and a tail/ maybe two. a rare has two tails a neck thing and paw fog. a very rare has 2 to 3 tails and has a neck thing,paw, and head fog. if its a custom, it can have accecories such as hats wings and much more
