This Neko Kami was unusual for me in that I actually designed the fish before I designed the Neko Kami. It was going to be another Halloween themed Neko Kami, but sometime while I was designing the Neko Kami I realized he was pretty enough for any time of the year His design is very simple, but I didn't want to mess too much with him because I personally adore his simplicity.
