This sassy girl is Ice Storm's little sister, Snowflake. Only her big bro and mom can call her that though, all her friends call her Cross. She hasn't found out what her talent is yet, and to spend time (and have some fun) she's a petty thieve. Her brother knows about this; he doesn't like it but as long as she doesn't steal anything really valuable he allows it. She's really energetic! The only way to calm her down is to get Storm to tell her a story about their father.
