Posting now so I'll be more inclined to finish it.
Based on a sketch I made earlier in my sketchbook... except now looking at it I'm not sure who it's going to turn out as =p

Originally it was supposed to be America-cat so I'm intending on trying to keep it as such with a Halloween theme. But looking at how it is now it may or may not end up as Russia-cat ~ ^^
