Posting now so I'll be more inclined to finish it.
Based on a sketch I made earlier in my sketchbook ^^

Edit: Lines and basic colour for the costume done =3

Perhaps. I was going to go with that outfit that England wore for the 2011(?) Halloween event... but maybe I'll alter it slightly. I'll think it over whilst I'm fixing the lines.
