The Extra Turn Neko Kami

So he is for the Neko Kami Halloween Event, my page anyway, he is my dodgy Neko whom sells extra turns. He is meant to look scruffy and well, like a cloaked seller of questionable goods. At first when I started drawing I was going to draw the 'Ringmaster' but this guy ended up coming out of it and I rather like him :D
