-You do not have to do this but you can put in full-body pictures of the pups and parents. If you d this make sure you move the signature so it is still in the picture as to respect the owner of the lines. If you do this please also make the background white.
-If you put pictures you do put a parent's name in parenthesis in case you want to breed one of them again. Either in the breeding center or to make more adoptables.
-When a pup is adopted add it's new name and username of its new owner.
-add the form below the numbers. You may add anything you life to this form.
