Fluff - tailed Foxes are a free species! That means anyone can adopt them out, or color them in for themselves or another person.
Fluff - tailed Foxes are the size of a house cat, and have similar features, except for their big fluffy tails and feathered wings. They live in the arctic tundra, and they wrap their tails around themselves to keep warm during freezing nights, and their wings help them to hunt. They can't have neon colors, as those are physically impossible in nature.
