if you're an artist do you have to participate in the RP? or do you just make the art? (because COPPAs can't RP)

i need to know this because I CAN'T ROLE PLAY. >.<

yeah... i know... neither of my parents want to though. they think its a scam if it can't just be sent by e-mail...
they are a bit strict with that kind of thing... i don't mind though, honestly.. time is going by so fast it'll be my next birthday
before i even know it, lol!
so i guess all that this means is if i win i'll just be an artist until my birthday when i can go on the chat forums and roleplay forums...
