Well, I thought I'd post this anyway, but I just realized I was too late anyway! (typical me)
It's not finished yet, but since the competition ended I don't think i'll finish it since there won't be any use for it :3

Anyway, it was fun to draw, but some lines need re-drawing. And the tail is just for reference, supposed to have a swirly style and all.
