You must use your own line-art, base etc. There is no exception.
You are not limited to just oekaki! Feel free to use whatever drawing program you like.
Please don't trace things, even if they're just photographs...
That's still stealing artwork to me and I won't have any of that.
Do not steal design ideas! I can understand
if something is similar, but making the same species as another person had with the same accessories isn't being creative...
I will keep all entries that are 1st-3rd and possibly runner's up.
I will not count entries that take less then 10 minutes.

Go right ahead! Any form of media is encouraged as long as it's clear/I can tell what the character is ;3

Okay I've drawn it now! If you need me to colour it in then I will but the otter would be brown, the hedgehog/friend/possibly stuffed animal thing would be hedgehog colours like another kinda brown colour, the smily face on the otter's hind-quarters would be yellow and the scarf would be a dark blue. I'm not sure about the small spots but they might just stay white or maybe a slight grey. If it's too simple then I can add things to it but I decided to keep it fairly simple and just stick to the main points of it. (Main points being the sherlock theme…)
