Ok so I used a husky base with light blue with a dark blue top. I used the air brush to add white and different blue mixed with a little purple. I wanted to do the wings in more than one color so I use teal lavender and dark blue air brush. I added dark and light music note to add a little personality. You said you like rainbow and I had no Idea how I was going to fit that in so I made a tail ribbon and add one to the front leg I also put rainbow feathers around her/his neck and ear .
