What is a Mutato?

In a rapidly changing world of rapidly accumulating toxic waste, Mutatoes take to the sky.
These creatures, affectionately dubbed Mutatoes, are a sad combination of an unknown creature, radioactive material, and a potato.
They live in the sky and consume UV radiation. They are the new era of Super Man.

At birth Mutatoes are about the size of a potato and can grow to around the size of a basketball.
Generally they are busy creatures who would prefer flying to being carried.
The Mutato is filled with the same kind of gases that its tail is made of.
These gases are currently unidentified, but are lighter than air- enabling them to fly.
They can stay in the air for a maximum of 20 hours straight before they need to land and "rest".
Though, when they can't be in the air, Mutatoes pace... a lot.

School started last week so I've been a bit slow on designs, my apologies ^-^" Here, have a heart mutato to prove I still love you guys x3

Jet Set Radio Future. Not a very popular game, mainly for being an older game. For the XBOX. No, not 360, just XBOX. Yes, the original XBOX. You can usually find it in it's separate case or perhaps teamed up with SEGA Racing. Its much older sibling, Jet Grind Radio(or, Jet Set Radio) is for the Dreamscape and Game Boy Advance. In Jet Grind Radio, Beat is the leader/creator of the GG's(possible acronym for Graffiti Gang), but is just a boy that ran away from home and decided to join in Jet Set Radio Future. (a rudie) Beat makes three reappearances in three different SEGA games; in Sega Superstars Tennis, Sonic & Sega: All-Star Racing(known as Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing with Banjo-Kazooie on the 360) and Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing: Transformed. Even though it's not a music mutato, the colors gave off a musical look.

Radio Beats loves spinning the tracks at her night club, Sonic Soundwaves. She occasionally is found wearing bright red shades and a pair of white headphones. She occasionly mashes songs up to create more interesting songs to lure teenage mutatos in. When she's not spinning the 'tunes at her night club, she can be found reading a book, watching TV, or out and about, occasionly window or actually shopping.

Reason for choosing the name: The first song that came to mind is Hummingbird heartbeat by Katy Perry.
What does this mutato love? This little one loves to dance to upbeat songs, as she loves the way that her heart pounds in her chest while dancing the night away. A hummingbird's heart can beat up to 1,260 beats per minute, and she loves that she can work herself up to have her heart beat that fast!

Name of the Mutato: Skip a Beat,
Though some call her Neon Blitz
Why Skip a Beat?:
Skip a Beat is a name expressing both heart and music as a meaning.
It matches her design as well as her love for music. It was
also the first thing that came to mind when I saw her.
It just matched her perfectly.

What does Skip a Beat Like?:
She likes to help out, listen to music, play DJ, make new friends,
create art, neon blue, cool headphones and disco dancing.
She can also be quite Rebellious and Curious at times too.
Oh and she also hates messing up because when she
was little she always messed up when playing
instruments, that's mainly why they called her Skip a Beat.

++Reason for choosing the name Well, I was thinking of heartbeat, then nurse, but finally decided on Health, which didn't sound female enough. So I changed it to Heltha. Read "what does this mutato love" to find out why.
+What does this mutato love? This mutato loves nursing others back to health. She knows every plant medicine, and one look into her eyes can relieve pain. Her heartbeat is quick, but her heart is big. If Heltha was a human, she would work as a doctor at the childrens' hospital.
