Howl at the moon,
I know I'll be there soon,
Up in the stars,
Where I'm safe from all the wars,
That rage beneath,

Is it happiness I wondered,
As my life was torn asunder,
That makes me what I am?
No matter how hard I try,
There's always a new calamity,
That makes me want to cry,

I was left on the ice,
My mother didn't look back twice,
I found a pack but they threw me away,
Now all I want is a place to stay,
I howl at the moon,
I know I'll be there soon,
Up in the stars,
Away from all the wars,

But I know,
That I'll regret it,
For in the end,
We must all die alone.
