What is a Night Gaunt?

A Night Gaunt or NG is a serpent like dragon with three sets of legs, two closer up to the front and one set of strong hind legs. On their heads they have a set of two horns. They also have fours eyes, two on each side on their head. The sides of their mouths are stretched so that they can open their mouths wider. A small piece on skin is on their skin to their neck and it acts as a webbing. They have huge wings with horns on them that match the ones on their heads. All Night Gaunts are very skinny and bony, their ribs being very prominent. They are surprisingly strong for being so bony and skinny. Along the top of their head, back and on the end of their tail they have very sharp spikes used for protection. They have no fur at all and their skin is made up of strong scales. All adult Night Gaunts have strings of beads and an orb wrapped around their tails. The glowing orb on their tail allows them an ever-lasting life, unless the orb smashes. Although they will not immediately die, they will be given a normal lifespan of around 100 years and each year they will get sicker and sicker. They also also can have beads, feathers, cloth and most importantly, runes. All adult dragons have at least one rune, the more runes the rarer.

Diet

Their diet consists of literally anything and everything, they spit acid on things to kill it, if it's even alive, and then eat it like a normal piece of food.

Runes

The runes often mean something to the Night Gaunt or to the Night Gaunt who gave it to them. They are usually very symbolic but the Night Gaunt could have it simply because they like it, it all depends on the Night Gaunt.
The runes are often held on by cloth and/or strings wrapped around the Night Gaunt, but they can also be decorated with feathers and beads along with Runes.
