Indigo's Conquest Vaporeon

In Pokémon Conquest, I evolved my Eevee into Vaporeon. It says "Use Hydro Pump!", because that is Vaporeon's move in Conquest.

So are its fins transparent or what?
Remember to edit the lineart so that it doesn't look this wonky.

Today, I recruited a Vaporeon in Gates to Infinity. I named said Vaporeon "Conquest".
