I was going to do this for the Weekly Challenge, but didn't finish it in time. So, I'm going to turn it into Alva's first official ref sheet; yay! Although certain parts of her have varied (especially her muzzle) this is what she's suppose to look like, and how her proportions are.
Her front paws are slightly smaller, whereas her back paws are larger, and her hind-legs stronger (to signify my own legs, since I run cross country). Her tail has four stripes EXACTLY; they don't signify anything, but I just don't like for her to have more or less of them. Turquoise/teal is my favorite color (closely followed by coral/peach and lime green), so that's why her tail is that way.
I grew up drawing dragons since the fifth grade, and have recently fallen in love with foxes. So, ALva is a fox and dragon hybrid. Plus, I love reptiles and amphibians, so her reptilian tail also signifies that. Speaking of her tail, it is extremely flexible, and can bend in any way you want! It's even a little stretchy, so you can pull it out a little longer without hurting her.
Alva's grin signifies my own sarcastic, strange, and somewhat crazy side of me. I'm very shy when I meet people, but my best friends can tell you that I have my moments of... strangeness. X3
Alva, when extremely angry, can and will spit a small flame from her mouth. She can't control it, but if you see her nose start to smoke, you should probably back away. If she's ranting about something, she'll spit fire out while talking, singing her victim's eyebrows off.
Alva's neck is extremely fluffy. Not like a lion's mane, but more like one of those fluffy dogs you see on the street or in your own backyard. I just really love fluffy necks, and so over time Alva's acquired this trait.
