This is totally intermediate! I just have two suggestions:
Use the smoothing tool. If you already did, pump it up a bit.
Add more shading. I see a little shading, but it doesn't look strong enough. Instead of using the spray tool or low opacity (did I spell that right?) Use a normal brush and blender instead. Hope I helped!

Your lines are a bit blocky; you may want to use the smoothing option when using the pencil tool to make smoother lines.
Your shading could use some work - again, use the smoothing tool. It will most likely help you.
Your background is nice; but the sun could be a tad bit different. Try using different shades of yellow and orange; or even try your hand at the airbrush, dodge, and burn tools. Just keep in mind that if you use dodge or burn, this will effect the pink sky, unless your sky is on a different layer from your sun.

Besides that, I really see no problems with this picture. Well done!
