Now both SilverCoat and Shadow stood solemnly. In his mind Silvercoat was hoping that he would be the one. While this was going on Jewel was rushing home from her special spot to tell everyone that she loved SilverCoat.
"Its time to tell you all who it is."Spoke the Gentle SandDune.She than looked at her mate and he stepped forward and said in a very crisp and clean voice.
"Both of the males here that were fighting for my daughter did wonderfull,and though no winner was chosen we have found out something that will lead us all to a wonderful future. But you must follow me as I need to show you something." Fast Claws lead his pack to the farthest back area of his cave and showed them the propecy on the wall,near the bottem of it was a scratch mark and a pawprint. Shadow saw the scratch and immediatly knew or so he thought he knew that he was that male that would get Jewel. All was very quiet for a second when this happened for too long Fast Claws spoke up,
"The one who shall get my daughter is....Sss"He stopped speaking and his eyes rolled into the back of his head, Fast Claws fell to the ground with thud. Right that Jewel ran in when she saw her dad lieing there...dead....dieing she burst out into tears screaming,
"DADDY!!!!"Her face was soaking wet with tears she continued speaking softer everytime,
"DADDY,DADDY,DADDY. He was now gone,gone forever.
