[Glispa]

Simas are small wolf/cat creatures. The largest they can get is the size of a house cat, which is why some are mostly domestic. They are very friendly creatures, and extremely social, living in a pack of ten or more. Simas live mostly in the tropical regions of the world, making their homes in bushes and some have even been found in trees. They are omnivores, meaning they can eat just about anything. A Sima finds a mate and challenges others for dominancy by using their tails and claws, and sometimes horns. They don't mate for life, so they can mate with different Simas, though they can mate only once every two weeks in our time. Their tails have guards on the sides of the crystal within it like a sword almost. The jewels on their tails are always the same color as their eyes. They glow at night, though the glow isn't visible in the day, most the time anyway. All Simas are also covered in thick, fluffy fur that's soft to the touch.

A Sima can have two types of horns; stubby or long. It is not common for you to find them with horns, but its not completely uncommon to.

Well Here goes my second sima And Before i tell You how you can win him/her I´m just going to make some things clear Like:
The markings that are shown abowe the sima is placed on the other side (the left one on the side of the front leg and the right one on the side och the backleg). Thay are also not Always shown, They tend to show up and dissapear at as they like :3 The same with the glow on the front paws
The plates that are only lokated on the side showed and are hoovering at the Place thay are drawn on (But they might be controled and moved to other places around the sima (If wanted)
Hopefully that was it and I´m going to add some better Pictures of the yellow markings later (Drawn on paint :3)

When does the yellow marking disappear and appear?:
They appear when he is getting a vision, when he is very distressed, or when he is very angry. The Gallifrean only appears when he is making a prediction, they glow with gold dots on the plates otherwise.
What does he/she use the plates for?:
He is a Seer, and the plates actually change depending on what he is predicting. They are generally so he doesn't forget, because he is a rather forgetful Sima.
History:
He was the guardian of Regenerations on Gallifrey, and fought as the last line of defense in the Last Great Time War. He did escape, barely, the destruction of Gallifrey, and does believe there are other time lords who survived. He is determined to find them, and to repair and heal what has been lost, seemingly, forever.
Extra?:
I kind of had an idea(not sure if it's even possible) but when Gallifrey was still around, a time lord's regenerations seemed restricted. Maybe he is the one who restricts the regenerations, and alternately(going back to Old Who) can also "resurrect" the ability of a time lord to regenerate. So this would probably be considered part of the "Why do the yellow markings appear?"

Well... I feel kind of stupid now but i wrote the wrong (It was ment to be september and not october) I´m terrible sorry for this.
