Can control water at their will. These Shindas can be very fluid in speaking..whether that be in their own tongue or something else's. They can heal their comrades with the touch of any water they control. They can shift in emotions just as easily as water sifts through a bay. Sometimes they will be joyful and sometimes they can be angry.
