Many people know of the loyalty that a dog brings, a dog is the one thing on this earth who doesn't care what you do, it will love you anyway.
This picture resembles that, it is a young adult who's wasting his life away my smoking, and doing other things he shouldn't be doing, yet his dog is still there for him, is still able to look him in the eye unlike his own family, and more than anything, holds the promise to always be there for him no matter what he does or doesn't do.
I don't know about other people, but my dogs are the one that have gotten me through the hard times, they are the ones who didn't look away and pretend they didn't know me when I needed them most, they didn't care that we were known by all the wrong people for all the wrong reasons, all they cared about was that we were together. They give me the company that no human ever could, and for that, I love them more than I ever will anyone else, I trust them with much more than my life, and I promise to never let any harm come to them in return.
