What Is Serenity Shelter?
Serenity is a dog rescue. We rescue dogs of all kinds and rehabilitate them to be able to be adopted. Not all dogs have a nice past, such as just being given up to the shelter because their owners couldn't afford to care for them. Some are abandoned. Some were left for dead. But each one is special, and each one is full of love and ready to share it. We give the dogs the best care we can provide, but nothing beats a home that they can call their own. Hello, this is my first doggie as an artist ^u^

Two dogs were found chained and neglected in their owner's backyard. Thanks to someone's call, we were able to rescue them. This girl, a pitbull/dalmatian mix that's estimated to be just under a year old, is one of the dogs that came from that backyard. She is ready for adoption, along with the jack russel that was with her. Now as playful as ever, she needs a home where she'll be able to have a lot of exercise.

{Nick names: Many people call Rosalinda Rosie, Rose, Linda, or even May}

{Rosie Can be shy at times, But that's mostly directed around strangers (given her past) but otherwise is extremely friendly and hyper. She loves kids of all ages, as well as the furry kids. Rosie loves My cat Peanut, they will sometimes go into the backyard and play together. other tan that, Rosie is energetic, friendly, loyal, neat, pretty smart, shy, and over all... lovable. }

{Rosie was brought into this world my illegal breeding, her parents (A Datamation named Sasha who they thought was a pit-bull, and a Frost pit-bull named Houston) were illegally bred for dog fighting... so a few months later out popped Rosie and her 4 siblings.(Koda, Ambrosia, Clarity, and Jace) But, when they found out that Rosie was not a pure blood pit-bull, they chained her to a post outside along with a terrier mix. Luckily Animal cops got there be fore anything serious happened. So, Rosie and all the other 65 dogs were brought to a local shelter; however, many had to be put down due to their aggressive nature. After evaluating Rosie (her shelter name was May), they sent her to Serenity Shelter. Where she could romp and play with other dogs just like herself. }

{Favorite Pastime(s):
Rosie loves To play outside with her favorite toy,When she gets tired she sometimes lie down with her belly facing up to the sky, listing to the sounds of the clam, warm evening. And in the winter, Rosie loves to play, "attempt to catch the snow ball" or just stay inside with her owner, snuggle up my the fire place, and drink some heated milk while anxiously waiting for Christmas to come once again.}

{Favorite Outfit:
Although Rosie doesn't like to get dressed up, in the winter she gets cold, so she has to wear something. her favorite is a little black jacket with a fur trimmed hood that says "Punk Princess on the back. It's completely concealed, so she stays warm through out the winter.}

"Hello there." A voice echoes from be hind some bushes, "You must be the Serenity shelters inter viewer." it says, then, a short woman (sort of looks like a teen) pops out wearing gardening clothes.

"yes, And you must be Nebula." you say taking out a cute notepad with some beagle puppies in the bottom left corner, and a pencil with a little "SS" on the side

"Yes, Yes I am! Why don't you have a seat Miss..."

"Firefly." you say motioning towards the name-tag on your shirt

"Ah yes, Miss. Firefly. Why don't you have a seat." The woman said motioning towards a beautiful patio lined with thornless roses and hydrangeas

You both walk over to the patio, the scents of honeysuckle and roses filled the air. Suddenly, a small brown and white cat pops out of a small cat door and sits on the women's lap.

"Oh hello Peanut." The woman says patting the small cat on it's head. "So, here you go." The woman says handing you a small pink envelope with the letters "SSIA" (Serenity Shelter Interview Answers) I knew I would be kind of busy today, so here." she says motioning towards the envelope.

"Thank you Nebula." You say opening the envelope, it reads:
I was on the phone yesterday and i got the answers, I hope they are to your pleasing:
Q: Do yo have any other pets on your property?
A: A few, I have my my horses Kora, Bentri, Amble, and Jasmine, My cat peanut, about 3 rabbits Gabbi, Sandy, and Frisk, 2 cows Belle and Frannie, 3 Alpacas Snow, Dusk, Sammy, and My deer Amok. All are rescue animals, and are very friendly

Q: Do you live in a house with lots of space?
A: Yes, In fact I live on a ranch, 3 story house, barn, pastures, and several different private horse trails

Personality
Cassie is a very loving dog. She loves to play and loves other animals, but she is shy around other people and will stay with the people she loves. She has went to a dog show for mutts and she won 3rd place because of her coloring and smooth coat. She is very good at herding and helps her owner herd horses, cows, and sheep. You would think she'd be a normal dog in a home, but she is one farm dog.

Her Home

Cassie lives in a big farm. The farm has 10 chickens(Cassie loves To Chase them) 18 cows, 4 sheep, 5 goats, 4 horses, and a 2 yr. old male collie mix named Max. There also is a garden, and they grow fruit ans sunflowers in it.

Diet
Cassie gets fed really well. She get homemade food because her owners don't think the food in stores are healthy. Every day she gets 2 cups of food in the morning, 1 cup in the afternoon, and 2 cups at night. Her food has Beef, Chicken, Egg, Apple, wheat Flour, and milk.

Beautiful dog! I love Pit Bulls. I have 3, A bluenose pit called Bruce (from finding nemo) with a huge head. He got his name because my grandpa had recently just lost his blue pit and we were watching fining nemo with my brother one day my grandpa had to watch us because dad and mom were going out on a date. See at that time Bruce was currently named Fast Bolt.... I know right.... Brother got all the say in it. Anyway, My grandpa is sitting in a rocking chair and me and my brother on the floor sitting with "Fast Bolt" he was laying on top of me and I was stroking his head and neck and he nipped me. It was..... Lets say not very pretty he had sharp teeth. The movie skipped and my grandpa looked down at him and said: "Hello Bruce!" He jumped up and bolted toward the chair barking and wagging his tail. That's how he became Bruce.

Echo-
She is a purebred (we think. and the vet said she was pretty sure two) staff..... yeah I have no clue how to spell it but anyway, She has the pity wiggle when she walks her hips sway from side to side.... Anyway we (dad mom and i) were going downtown to a movie and we had just finished diner and the movie theater was right down the street from the restaurant we were at I see something go in an ally and I tell mom and dad says lets go see so we walk over there and there was nothing there. we thought at the time, of course we only went to the beginning of the alleyway. Anyways we went to the movie and I was lagging behind my mom and dad and all the sudden we were passing the same ally and I hear a yelp. I thought I just imagined it but I didn't I walked faster but I heard it again. told my dad we took flashlight from his keys and went down the ally and there was small barks they were echoing around and soon enough we fin this small red wrinkly puppy in a corner of trashcans and boxes. I picked it up and a few weeks later she was ours. my brother wanted to call her Trishia or Tireia I cant remember witch one but my mom finally had some sense to let me name the puppy I named her Echo since her barks were echoing.

This loving dog is well dying to please. he only will have one name but for now those are my choices! He is MY dog! I'm happy my dad let me get him we adopted him from a busy animal shelter when he was 4 months old. they got him when he was 6 weeks old with his mom (Brown ish red lab) his father was a pit bull from the same street but the breeding happened on accident they did not want their lab anymore so they gave her up. I have no clue what happened to the other puppies in the litter he was the only one tat was taken there. When I met him he was sitting at the back of his kennel with his head hung low and his eyes closed. By then his mom was already adopted or something happened to her I really don't know. Ayway this kid came up and was like dog hey you! he looked up and lunged at the wire snapping his jaws. it scared me but later I went back and sat down by the gate he looked up and growled the just stared at me . I started to talk to him nice and soft and he started to move closer slowly he liked me and eventually that day I got to take him out for a walkrted to like him to and we finaly got to tae him home and he is still really skittish g finish this later sorry
