On the teeth I could tell it was blood; I though the face didn't have any skin till I read what you wrote :T

Here's a tip. When you do blood, use the spray tool, then blend it out. That way it'll look like it's been smeared on the fur. But this looks good for a first try. Keep at it, you'll get better
