Hey, I cannot find a tutorial to make a perfect circle using chibi paint for the life of me!
I've seen people make perfect circles before, but how???
I have a drawing idea I really wanna try for my new skype avatar but I need to make a perfect circle for it!

Just draw in pen/pencil, then erase the middle on a smaller pen/pencil size ;3
